Our Story
Why we started Pottely
It started at a small cafe in Bengaluru. The owner knew every regular by name — but had no idea which of last month's new customers had never come back. Her POS could tell her how many bills she'd printed. It couldn't tell her who was slipping away.
Every marketing tool we looked at was built for enterprises: complex dashboards, dozens of features, and pricing that made sense only if you had a marketing team. Local businesses got what was left over — spreadsheets, gut instinct, and hope.
